New York Alarm Political Action Committee

The 2015 New York State Legislative session had adjourned for the summer. Our government relations firm has compiled a report that summarizes all the proposed legislation that is important to our industry and is being tracked. Although we are disappointed that the Evergreen Bill got stuck in the Assembly, it did pass the Senate. We will be renewing our efforts this fall to get this bill moving again.
